I took the kids to the zoo today. The day started off pretty crappy. Kieran had a meltdown over cereal.

And the mood lasted for awhile.

My mood was a lot better after lunch though!

There were some good parts of the day. The kids love the fact that I hate the Skyfari.

If they were older, they'd be the kids that made the bucket swing while Mommy turns green.

The otters are one of our favorites.

I just know there is a sign on the

other side of the glass that says:

"Modern Human"
"Homo Sapien"

Please don't tap on the glass.

Our day ended on a high (not to be confused with the lunch time high) note. We went to the Sea

Lion Show and they picked Kieran to be the helper. I was laughing so hard, I was crying.

This was definitely the best part of the day!

My horoscope for today....

Romance is in the toilet today. Party plans might be cancelled or delayed. Matters related to children might be burdensome or difficult to deal with. Just chalk it up to experience.

Every once in awhile one of these things is too spot on.
