I've only been able to play with it for a little while but it's an amazing camera.

Big Kid Toys
I've wanted a new camera for a long time. We've had an HP digital point and shoot since the kids were about 4. I have an old Nikon 2000 that hasn't seen the light of day in years. I really doubt there are any memory cells left for a 35mm slr. Anyway, thanks to the taxes coming back quickly, I have a new Nikon digital slr.

Oh I am so jealous.
I WANT that camera.
I just got a Cannon at Christmas time and I am not so happy with it.
Wishing now I went for it and got the Nikon.
